Introduction
Today was the day Cherrie really dreaded since the appointment was made. It was time for Cora’s first vaccination. We were both a bit worried that she would be really upset from the shots given. I have heard from friends that their kids were really not themselves for several days after the vaccinations. So Cherrie went today with Cora and all was half as bad as we anticipated. Cora was a big girl and one short angry cry and it was all over. As always they also measured Cora and we know now that she is catching up with the average Dutch kid. She weights 4.7 Kilograms (10.3 lbs) at an age of 2 months and is still a tall girl with 58 centimeters (22.8 inch). Cora fell right asleep again afterwards and seems to be fine.
